The project comprised 67 houses and a block of 12 flats located just of the A1O in Cheshunt a few miles north of London.
These homes were built around a church and were contemporary in design and very popular with buyers.There were five distinct house styles each offering a real sense of space and up-market specification.
The properties had a combination of external treatments including weatherboarding, hanging tiles or render all with an accompaniment of brickwork.
Pinewood Structures supplied its open panel system including factory assembled floor cassettes and roof assembled at low level and lifted in as complete items, this allowed a safe and fast erect time without the need for fall prevention as there wasn’t any risk of falls from height.
