Pinewood Structures is founded on the site of the previous railway yard by two former directors of Potton Timber – Terry Emery and Tony D’Alton

Pinewood continue to grow their reputation and engage with housebuilders, through the management of Terry and Tony

The business celebrated their partnership with Laing Homes in the National Press – Laing went on to be part of the Taylor Wimpey brand who Pinewood still count as one of our key customers today – 30 years on

Demand for timber frame saw expansion to a second factory in the village. Pinewood Structures are now a key employer in the local area.

Current MD, Geoff Arnold, joins the business as Commercial Director

Terry and Tony exit the business as part of a management buy out headed up by the management team

Geoff Arnold, our current MD, is appointed Chairman of the UKTFA – now the STA, the industry body for timber frame construction
