At Pinewood Structures, we understand the importance of comprehensive project management, to support the process from initial timber frame design through to supply and installation. Our offsite manufactured MMC solutions and processes enable us to ensure your project is on track. With regular site meetings and project-specific design and build programmes tailored to you, we prioritise delivering your development on time and in full.
Our full service timber frame construction includes dedicated, directly employed project management support with first in class Quality Assurance procedures. This comprehensive, industry-leading photographic process is overseen by Project Managers and a Construction Director with over 40 years’ industry experience. We also conduct site-specific Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) for each project. Plus, independent Health & Safety inspections of both site and factory by third parties that report to both us and you.
We know that one of the toughest aspects of new timber frame sites can be the interface of different trades; we are proud to be proactive in offering support and advice to site teams and other trades on what they need to consider when it comes to timber frame developments.

Using 40ft articulated lorries and offering a crane service as a contract lift, we deliver superior service levels in everything we do.
