Pinewood Structures was contracted to design, manufacture and erect 27 high quality bungalows in Buntingford, Hertfordshire for a very well-respected retirement living provider.
The Bungalows were a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom luxury properties with 2 bathrooms and high specification kitchens.
The layout of the properties allows access to the main building with its club lounge and facilities but still affords independent living.
Pinewood supplied fully pre insulated open panel system and additional added value items such as staircases to the 3-bedroom properties as well as fascia soffit and bargeboard. We also fully utilised the crane by fitting chimneys supplied by the customer.
