Solutions

We offer a variety of Timber Frame solutions including floor cassettes,
closed panel timber frame and our unique One-RoofTM technology.

Using our Timber Frame products significantly reduces the duration of a build, on average a timber framed house can be built 8 weeks faster when compared to traditional building methods. Not only this but timber frame also brings down overall build costs by approximately 2.8%, with programme savings of up to 19.5%. Timber acts as a carbon sink, trapping carbon when it is harvested, this makes it one of the most sustainable materials that can be used for construction. All of this while still maintaining our extremely high standard of quality on every build.

70% of the developed world’s population live in timber frame houses. These include many in the USA, Canada, Scandinavia, Europe, Australia and Japan. In the UK, timber frame account for around 30% of new build houses, as builders, developers and occupiers are realising the benefits timber frame houses offer.

These benefits include:

  • Speed of build
  • Offsite manufacturing which means that the timber frame is made in a controlled environment
  • Not weather dependent
  • Quality of finished goods assured & factory checked
  • Savings on Prelims
  • Quicker return on capital outlay
  • Lightweight structures – often savings in foundations
  • Sustainable materials
  • Chain of Custody certification
  • Assistance towards Building Regulation compliance including Future Homes Standard
  • Modern method of construction - MMC
