Which floor joist system do you need?
Joist systems today fall into three categories:
- Solid timber joists – cost effective, limited spanning ability, shrinkage from acclimatisation leading to squeaky floors, difficult to route s
- I-Joist joists –span greater distances, virtually no shrinkage, provide high quality and stiffer floors than solid joists.
- Metal web joists –all the advantages of the I-Joist but allowing the uninterrupted routing of services through the floor zone – ideal for Code compliant homes using Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery systems.

Historically we have supplied these along with our own timber frame kits, but are now pleased to be able to supply engineered roof and floor systems to the open market as part of our expansion plans.

Delivery Options
We offer a standard delivery service with a two week lead-time but are also able to offer a 48 hour turnaround when requested.
