Some very contemporary designed units are evident at the New Hall scheme in Harlow. Pinewood Structures were involved in the construction of 51 of these in various formats – detached, semi-detached and terraced. All were either 2 or 3 storey, some had terraced areas at high level, some had mezzanine floors and all were challenging for our designers, however, a lot of design input can make the units easier to manufacture and erect on site – sometimes, as here, producing some striking results.
