This large Private Developer built scheme comprising of 110 mixed tenure apartments up to 4 stories was finished in a mixture of cedar cladding and render. Timber frame was chosen both for its sustainability and speed of build.
The apartments were built in a number of blocks, some of which had a masonry commercial use Ground Floor, and had the following features:
- Curved Facade to the main block
- Set back top floor apartments
- Cantilevered balconies
